How much is shipping within Australia?
We offer FREE shipping when you spend $50 or more to anywhere in Australia. For purchases below $50, prices will start from $6.95, depending on location and the weight of the purchase. The price will update in your cart upon checkout.
How much is international shipping?
We offer FREE international shipping on orders over $50. For purchases under $50, international shipping prices start from $12.95.
How long will it take to receive my order?
For domestic orders, in Adelaide, Melbourne and Sydney it will arrive within 2-6 business days. In Brisbane, Darwin, Hobart and Perth, your package will arrive within 4-11 business days.
The estimated delivery time frames for international orders:
- New Zealand | 4-6 working days
- North America, Western Europe, Asia, Pacific | 6-13 working days
- Rest of the world | 10-15 working days
What kind of delivery service do you use?
We have partnered with Sendle to send our packages, a shipping company that is a B-Corporation who strives to keep our planet and environment healthy. They offer carbon-neutral delivery who offset the carbon emissions with environmental projects.
How are your packages sent?
At the Eco Warrior, we reuse boxes from our employees and surrounding businesses, recycling them to give them another life. We also repurpose newspaper, magazines and other packing materials to fill the gaps in your package. We enclose your box with paper tape and send it on its way to you with Sendle.
Can I track my order?
All domestic deliveries are sent via Sendle with a tracking number except items that fall under the free small light items delivery. All international orders are sent via Sendle with a tracking number.
When your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with a link to our delivery service’s website and a tracking number.
Do you ship to PO boxes or parcel lockers?
Domestically, we do not ship to PO boxes or parcel lockers but for international orders we can send your package to your PO box.
My tracking says my order has been delivered but my package is missing. What can I do?
We send our packages with Signature on Delivery as the default to ensure it’s made its way to you safely. Some of the smaller packages can be sent without this signature. Missing, stolen or lost packages must be reported to us as soon as possible or within 20 days. Unfortunately, if you opted for Authority to Leave (ATL) and your package is missing or lost, we can not accept liability but we will do our best to work with you to file a claim or you can send your claim directly with Sendle.
How long does it take for customer service to reply?
Our customer service team aims to respond within 2-3 business days. We try our best but apologise in advance if it takes a little longer.
